Description

Become a key part of a small team in a new Service Centre to efficiently manage and process incoming service calls.

Become fully conversant with the service call system after an initial training period.

Input all aspects of required data for new and exisiting locations.

Update the service call system with all relevant service call information as soon as it becomes available.


Monitor the service call system to ensure smooth transition of service calls from the initial service call being placed through to completion.

Provide cover for holidays and illness.


Using the tracking system available and liaise with the Regional Service Managers (RSM's) to make sure service calls are allocated to the correct engineer.

Complete all documentation, paper-work and computer records as directed to the very highest standard.

Represent the company in both a professional manner and appearance at all times.

Perform such other tasks as may be reasonably requested by the Company to meet its on-going requirements.
