Currently seeking a Payroll Coordinator (Start ASAP) to join a Transport and Rail company who have been operating for over ten years.

This is to carry out Payroll duties such as supporting weekly and monthly processing of the payments.

Description

Payroll Coordinator (Start ASAP)

  • Updating of Excel spreadsheets
  • General administrative work to support weekly and monthly payrolls
  • Calculating and completing an accurate payroll
  • Ressolving Payroll Queries
  • Ad hoc business/accounting requirements

Profile

  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
-
UK payroll exposure is essential:

  • Willing to work individually as well as part of the wider finance team
  • Strong knowledge of other Microsoft packages highly desirable
  • Carry a professional telephone manner

Job Offer

Start:
ASAP (Before Christmas)

Salary:
Hourly Rate equivalent of circa £35k

Location:
Thatcham (Free Parking on-site)

Hybrid - Friday WFH

Hours: 9-5
