The Best Connection is a recruitment agency, and this position is being offered on a temporary basis.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Van Driver (CAT B) in Hastings to assist our client.

Our client requires a Luton Van Driver to assist during peak periods. Our client will often need drivers who are happy to pick up shifts at short notice.

You will be required to carry out a number of drops each shift and have the skills to interact with the public by offering a good standard of customer service.

Our client supplies drivers for a variety of trades, some deliveries may consist of furniture deliveries, others may involve deliveries of equipment/materials to building sites.


Duties and Responsibilities:
You will be carrying out vehicle checks to ensure that the safety standards are met.
You will be carrying out deliveries within the London area.
You will have good communication skills and will be providing a good level of customer service.
Able to load and unload goods.

(Please be aware your role may not be limited to these tasks)

For this position you will need:
Right to work in the UK.
Experience is required, references will be needed to cover 180 days minimum of previous driving experience.
Flexibility
Own Transport/Good Public Transport Links to travel to work.

Typical Shifts are booked in to start at 4:45am.
