Responsibilities:


  • Answer customer questions about product features and benefits.
  • Sell products to customers.
  • Manage the call center schedule.
  • Answer customer questions about the company and its products.
  • Manage support tickets and daily problem resolution.
  • Convert customers to premium service plans.
  • Manage a team of call center representatives.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
