Are you interested in an administrative role that has patient contact and close working with clinicians?

Do you want to work in a small, friendly team?


The Vascular Science Assistant will support the delivery of the Vascular Science service by providing the administrative and reception needs for the department as well as assisting the scientific staff with patient examinations.

The Vascular Science department is looking for an additional Vascular Science Assistant on a fixed-term basis.

As a Vascular Science Assistant, you will be:

  • Working on reception
  • Answering queries for patients and clinicians
  • Assisting vascular scientists with patient examinations


As a member of the Scientific Support Team, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills, be able to complete documentation accurately, have strong IT skills and develop an understanding of how a hospital runs.

You will be hard-working, with an enthusiasm and commitment to working within the healthcare science setting.
