Onsite Technical Team Lead

Birmingham


Your role


As the Technical Team Lead, you will provide hands-on support for your team, becoming the trusted go-to person when extra help is needed.

Leading by example, you will work closely with your SDM to ensure that the team is working both efficiently and pragmatically.


As is typical with any hands-on role, you will maintain your technical capabilities resolving tickets with your team, but your breadth of experience and capabilities in identifying the best solution will lead you to involvement with the more complex of issues,the more challenging and the higher profile engagements - the perfect environment to hone your technical and leadership skills.

This is a role where you will have direct influence on people's day-to-day working life.

With nothing more frustrating than a computer or a printer not working, you will be very person that makes things happen, working directly with the users in a highlyrewarding way.


What We Look For

  • Previous experience resolving problems sitting with the user
  • Comfortable in a number of deskside technologies
  • Any Apple OSX, IoS and Mac experience would be desirable but certainly not essential
  • Sympathetic & supportive approach to team leadership and guidance
