Installations Manager - Birmingham Area

Salary:
Up to £42,000 (Depending on exerience) + 16% Bonus + Company Car + Benefits
A vacancy has arisen for an Installations Manager covering business across the midlands. The role will cover Birmingham, Leicester and Coventry area and potentially other parts of the Midlands.


As an Installations Manager you will have full responsibility for leading and managing the installation service across the area, by providing a high level of service to our clients, managing and co-ordinating subcontract fitters to meet demands and workto the company quality standards, and ensuring that timescales are met.


Our client is the leading supplier of fitted kitchens for new build homes with a market share of over 50%.

They supply leading housebuilders such as Barratt Homes and Taylor Wimpey, as well as developers of inner city high rise projects and social housingproviders where a diverse product range and outstanding service sets our client apart.


Key responsibilities of an Installations Manager will include:

  • Co-ordinating Installation teams to meet the demanding quality and service requirements.
  • Recruitment of subcontract labour to provide an adequate fitter capacity.
  • Ensuring area performance targets are achieved.
  • Administrative duties in accordance with the role.
  • A professional manner and promotion of the company image.

You must be:

  • Able to communicate confidently with people at all levels.
  • Selfmotivated and willing to work as part of a dynamic team.
  • Able to work under pressure to maintain deadlines.
  • Computer literate.
  • Personally presentable at all times.

You will also have:

  • Experience of working within fasttrack building processes and the kitchen industry.
  • Knowledge of installations.
  • Handson approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
