Nottingham College is looking for an ambitious individual to join the established and successful Capital Projects Team within the Estates and facilities Department.

The successful post-holder will support the Project Managers and be responsible for their own projects.

The post holder will contribute to the team by undertaking, surveying, preparing schedules of work & specifications, procurement of suitable suppliers & contractors as well as managing works on site.


The successful post-holder will be educated to a HNC level in a surveying or construction related discipline or have equivalent practical experience.

They will be experienced in undertaking a similar role, be self-motivated, highly organised, able to balance multiple projects together, be skilled in dealing with stakeholders & managing contractors.

They will be able to use AutoCAD to a good level. Experience in the education sector is desirable but not essential.
