We are recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator to join our innovative integrated team, providing the Norfolk Healthy Child Programme and Children's Speech and Language Therapy.

We are a friendly and supportive team committed to providing effective services as part of a multi-disciplinary, multi-agency service. As a member of the administration team in Norwich you will be key to the efficient delivery of services.

Our dynamic team provides evidence-based advice, training and interventions to children and young people across Norfolk and Waveney. Our team includes Health Visitors, Speech and Language Therapists, Administrators, Assistant Practitioners, Clinical Support Workers, and Psychologists amongst others.

Successful applicants will be joining an organisation that delivers established services in Cambridgeshire, Luton and Bedfordshire, Norfolk and Waveney.


We are looking for an Admin Assistant with excellent communication and customer service skills and would like a challenging and exciting role in a fast paced, friendly environment.

You will enjoy working flexibly as part of a team and be comfortable using your own initiative.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting Practitioners working with children, families and the wider system to deliver The Balanced System across Norfolk and Waveney, and integrating within our Healthy Child Programme to ensure the most impactful service we can.

Meeting and greeting internal and external visitors to the locality base.

To handle enquiries and communications as required.


Provide administrative support, including routine office duties such as the receipting of incoming post and franking outgoing post, photocopying and scanning.

To ensure sensitive information is filed correctly.

Maintenance of meeting room calendars.

To scan confidential information to SystmOne and link with patients' records.

To maintain confidentiality of records by complying with security measures in operation and Trust policy and procedure guidelines.

Liaising with and at times supporting the Just One Number, Senior Admin, Service Redesign and locality teams.

To support with maintaining stock control.

To participate in team meetings.

To adhere to Trust policies and procedures.

Ability to travel across the county to work from the Trust's bases as required and sometimes at short notice.

To comply with Trust mandatory training requirements.

To undertake any other tasks within the competence of the employee, as requested.
