Description

Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Accounts Representative for our client in Walsall.

We are looking for someone who has experience selling products and services to existing wholesale clients, and relaying client feedback to management.

You will be working with an in-house CRM system, so general computer knowledge is essential, however all in-house systems will have full training.

Accounts Representative responsibilities:
Preparing and submitting quotes, orders, contracts and various other documents to clients.

Resolving client complaints in a professional manner and reporting them to management as required.

Developing and maintaining solid client relationships by regularly following up on clients.

Salary:
£19,000 - £29,000 +(Commission pay)

Schedule:
8-hour shift (37.5 hours a week with option of Overtime & Saturdays)

Accounts Representatives requirements:
Proven experience in sales or customer service

Effective communication skills

Excellent telephone manner

Strong negotiation skills

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
