Description

Due to the rapid growth of our Insolvency Practice, we are currently seeking an additional experienced Insolvency administrator to assist us in managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases.

Working within a well-established department, you will gain further exposure to formal insolvency cases whilst also working on some advisory projects.

Reporting to a Manager, you will manage circa 30 cases of various sizes and complexity. Cases will mainly include CVLs but also Administrations, MVLs & CVAs.


Main duties will involve:


  • Managing case delivery incorporating preappointment, progression and closure.
  • Understanding key commercial aspects of the insolvent company's business.
  • Providing regular progress reports to the manager.
  • Preparing for and attending creditors' meetings.
  • Managing asset valuation and realisation.
  • Providing recommendations for signoff by the Insolvency Practitioner.
  • Attending clients' sites to secure the premises and/or assets where necessary.
  • Maintaining IPS case diaries and IPS setup.

Requirements:


  • 2 years' experience in Insolvency and Restructuring is required.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Job Types:

Pay:
£26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
