Salary:
£35K - £42K p.a. + Excellent Benefits

Hybrid: 2 days from home after probation

Our Client is a leading multi-disciplinary architectural practice focused on creating sustainable and award-winning environments for public and private sectors.

They are looking for a
Senior Project Architectural Technologist to join their team.

The Role:

You will lead medium-sized projects from Stage 3 onwards, collaborating with Associates, Associate Directors, and project architects.

Responsibilities:

Investigate project factors, client requirements, surveys, and regulatory needs.
Produce information for submissions and design proposals.
Prepare detailed design proposals and manage the internal project team.
Coordinate with the wider design team as the Design Leader.
Collate and organise technical information.
Review and incorporate strategies from Acoustic and Fire reports.
Prepare construction specifications and statutory approval documents.
Conduct site visits, respond to queries, and prepare documentation for the Contractor.

Requirements:

3+ years' UK experience in a similar role.
Proficient in ArchiCAD and BIM software.
UK Driving License and access to a car.
Experience in medium to largescale residential and/or educational projects preferred.
