£35K - £42K p.a. + Excellent Benefits


Hybrid: 2 days from home after probation


Our Client is a leading multi-disciplinary architectural practice focused on creating sustainable and award-winning environments for public and private sectors.

They are looking for a
Senior Project Architectural Technologist to join their team.


The Role:

You will lead medium-sized projects from Stage 3 onwards, collaborating with Associates, Associate Directors, and project architects.


Responsibilities:


  • Investigate project factors, client requirements, surveys, and regulatory needs.
  • Produce information for submissions and design proposals.
  • Prepare detailed design proposals and manage the internal project team.
  • Coordinate with the wider design team as the Design Leader.
  • Collate and organise technical information.
  • Review and incorporate strategies from Acoustic and Fire reports.
  • Prepare construction specifications and statutory approval documents.
  • Conduct site visits, respond to queries, and prepare documentation for the Contractor.

Requirements:


  • 3+ years' UK experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in ArchiCAD and BIM software.
  • UK Driving License and access to a car.
  • Experience in medium to largescale residential and/or educational projects preferred.
