Description

There's a permanent opportunity for you here as a Business Unit Administrator to work across our EDF business unit, this will be a hybrid role with a mix of working from home and on site at our Gloucester Business Park office.


The Role

  • Administration
  • Provide administrative support to Business Unit Director and management teams across the business unit.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Preparation of business reports and presentations ensuring high standard of accuracy and analysis of data whilst always maintaining confidentiality.
  • Meetings: Arrange & Attend where necessary and take responsibility for appropriate actions.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service standards to meet client & service partner expectations and ensure all operational difficulties are resolved with the supporting management team
  • Communication: Communicate closely, share information and updates regularly with all team members, the client and end users to support the drive for service improvement across the business unit.
  • Customer: Act as point of contract for internal and external customers ensuring their requests are dealt with in a timely manner.

Hours of Work

  • Monday
  • Friday 8:00am 5:00pm
