A vacancy has arisen within a regional Leicestershire based firm for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join us. They have offices in the Midlands.

The role would suit an ambitious commercially minded Solicitor of 5 years PQE upwards, looking for thechallenge of working for a rapidly growing firm along with some excellent longer term career prospects for the successful applicant.

You would be responsible for your own caseload in addition to assisting and working with the firm's Directors on a range ofcommercial and civil litigation cases to include contractual disputes, professional negligence, construction litigation, property disputes, insolvency/directors and shareholder disputes.

The ideal applicant:

You need a proven record of business developmentand converting your own work
You have experience of dealing with an interesting & varied caseload
Able to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meeting deadlines
Excellent client management, organisation, communication and interpersonalskills
Be comfortable working as part of a team
