Description

Clerk of Works required throughout 'London & Milton Keynes', plus surrounding areas.

Specific experience as a clerk of works is optional, but experience & knowledge within the construction industry are essential.

We are involved with projects throughout London and the south of the UK, including Wales, and are expanding.

We undertake quality assurance works, including the traditional role of Clerk of Works on projects:
New Build, Refurbishment, Civil works & ACM cladding renewals.

Computer competence and the ability to travel across London to access the various projects is
essential.
We can provide training, but a solid background in the industry is essential.

Please state your expected level of salary. Freelance or permanent will be considered.

Pay:
£200.00-£250.00 per day
