Description
We're looking for a Supervisor to join our Facilities Management Team working on our Home Office contract.

Contract:
Full time - Permanent contract - 40 hours per week


Responsibilities


As a Supervisor you'll be working within the Facilities Management Team supporting the delivery of a soft & hard services facilities management service for the client, ensuring the continuous operational availability of the buildings across the contract.


Your day to day will include:

  • Ensuring there is clear communication with workforce, customers, line management, office support staff and subcontractors
  • Being responsible for the delivery of services in line with contract KPI's/SLA's
  • Planning and prioritising PPM scheduling workload for engineers and supply chain
  • Ensuring all monthly reports and forms are completed and forwarded to appropriate departments and clients
  • Maintaining and improving effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and customers

  • Full driving license as this is a mobile role
