Accounts Senior

c.£35-42k DOE/Qualifications

Preston Area, Lancashire

Puro Accountancy is working with an amazing independent Accountancy firm in Preston who are expanding due to growth.


In the last 2 years the company has expanded their client portfolio and are looking to take on two new team members.


The roles they are looking to fill are:

  • Accounts Senior

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Preparation of accounts for own portfolio of clients
  • Reviewing Junior teams work
  • Training clients on software including Xero
  • General bookkeeping and VAT work when needed
  • Building and managing client relations

About you:


  • Clear communicator
  • ACCA/ACA Part Qualified / Qualified or with 2 years experience in a UK Accountancy Firm
  • QBE will be considered
  • Confidence supporting junior staff
  • Ability to build and maintain client relations
  • Offer a leading customer service
  • Xero experience ideal but not essential
  • Strong technical and IT skillset

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£35,449.00-£42,124.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Preston: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
