We're collaborating with a prominent brand in the Technology and Software Solutions (TSS) market that is looking for an IT Network Manager to work in an Educational Environment.


The Role
An excellent opportunity for an IT network manager to work with a school to offer IT service excellence to the staff and students of the school/trust


You will manage the school's IT systems on a daily basis, collaborating with larger teams and a junior on-site IT technician to guarantee a solid and stable platform for the delivery of teaching and learning as well as the development of the school intoa viable Trust.


Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the onsite daily management of the ICT Systems and Services of the client, ensuring that Service Level Agreements are attained
  • Providing excellent technical support and firstclass customer service with a high degree of customer satisfaction, delivered with honesty, transparency and respectfulness, in line with the clients values.

Essential Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Windows / O365 suite of products
  • Proven customer facing onsite support experience in an Education IT support role
  • Knowledge/Experience of Service Management Principles
  • Have previous ICT Team Leader/Manager experience
  • An understanding of LAN/WLAN
