We are currently seeking an individual with experience in managing negotiation and supplier relationships to join us as a Commodity Buyer (Spondon, Derby/Hybrid)
As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.

As a Commodity Buyer you will be at the centre of managing customer requirements for product sourcing within Incora, providing first-class analysis, ensuring requirements for product pricing, quality and delivery are optimised to meet business needs and targets.

You will be the person looking for solutions and negotiating with both internal and external stakeholders and making sure customer communication is first class.

Key Responsibilities:

About You

You will be exceptional at managing the day-to-day contractual relationships with suppliers, building long term rapport and ensuring the lowest cost of acquisition.

You will source and work to the overall commodity strategy and have input in sub-commodity strategies.

You will also have a proven track record of creating and managing projects, have experience of working to deadlines; with strong negotiation skills to allow you to reach long-term agreements with suppliers, as well as manage their governance.

We are interested in people from all backgrounds and experiences of working in a Commodity Buyer position, especially aerospace and manufacturing where understanding lead times and production is essential.

It would be great if you have or are working towards CIPS or another procurement qualification.
