We are looking for a reliable, organised, friendly and motivated individual who will provide administration support to our fast paced Operations Department and Manager/s. You will be an effective communicator, delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Some of the tasks and responsibilities for the role are:
- Effectively schedule works in, communicating with clients before, during and after installation to ensure they are aware of how their project is progressing and manage expectations.
- Update all required systems to ensure a clear and transparent trail of information and data.
- Accept incoming calls received by the department and use initiative when handling clients queries.
- Debt management.
