Days Support Workers to join our team here at
Wellgate Health based in the
Bexhill area.

Contract:
Full-Time and Part time roles on days.
Hours:
Part time hours or full time hours from 20 to 40 hours a week on a rota basis.
Pay:
£9.65 an hour PLUS a
£500 joining bonus paid to you after your probation period.

Key responsibilities:
- Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour within a supported living environment
- Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
- Identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
- Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
- Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
