Description

This established and leading financial communications consultancy is looking for an incredibly organised and efficient Client Account Manager to be the linchpin of their busy client account teams. The key responsibilities include complex logísticalscheduling, time tabling, planning and implementing a programme of meetings with clients, document presentation preparation and liaising with clients.

Salary:
Up to £32k DOE


Flexibility to work from home min 1 day per week

pm (can be longer on press days)

Client Account Manager JD:


Operations and administration:


  • Overall diary management
  • Booking coaches for sessions and providing invitations/confirmations
  • Booking camera technicians and other suppliers


  • Manage Studios;

  • Looking after guests visiting the Studios or meeting rooms (e.g. updating reception team and catering)
  • Maintenance/upkeep arrange for any work needed
  • Keep refreshed and stocked (e.g. pens/pads/course packs/IT equipment)
  • Liaise with IT/web developer to keep systems running smoothly
  • Uploading Vox documents and media content (e.g. CRM, server and Vimeo)
  • Editing and proofreading materials for external audiences
  • Manage expenses
  • Organise travel for coaches and suppliers
  • Working with finance team to assist them send invoices and request payments

Sales and Marketing:


  • Contacting clients for;
  • Organising coaching sessions and meetings/calls
  • Pre
- and post
- session administration (e.g. for background briefings and sending feedback)

  • Marketing to keep in touch and maintain relationships
  • Work with design team (e.g. on marketing materials and proposals)
  • Assist with marketing projects (e.g. organising the team, and implementation)
  • Networking internal and external
  • General Client Account Manager duties
This role is a lot more varied and exciting than the job title may tell you There are elements of events, design, and client facing work There is a lot of scope for development, so a fantastic company to grow in
They are looking for someone with good office exposure, who has worked in an admin support role. Events/design experience would be beneficial but not essential.
This role will have elements of working alone, but also in a team with some brilliant people. They have a strong group of Client Account Managers who are extremely close knit and reliable, so always happy to help out
