Method Resourcing have partnered with one of the UK's most well-known and established luxury retailers in their quest to find an enthusiastic Retail Systems Service Engineer to join them on a permanent basis, based in their flagship store.

Looking after 100 operating EPOS systems across a bustling department store, this role would suit an IT support engineer looking for a dynamic, busy role working with some of the top talent in the industry.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role whereby you will have the continuous opportunity to resolve IT issues in real time, often in front of customers This will present the opportunity to think on your feet, react quickly and provide a positive,solution-based approach to delivering IT solutions.

Working on a variety of different tasks, you can expect to support on live tickets, investigate and troubleshoot issues relating to their EPOS systems, act quickly to provide real-time support as well as fixing a multitude of EPOS systems issues.

You couldbe resolving issues relating to their tills, their receipt functions, scales, printers and everything associated with a point-of-sale system
