JOB TITLE:
Night Concierge

HOURS: 6.30am-6.30pm ( 4 days on, 4 days off )

SALARY:
££25,000-£27,000pa

On behalf of my client, I am recruiting for an experienced and customer service focused Night Concierge to work at a High Class Residential building in the City of London.

Job duties will include;

Meeting and greeting the residents and signing in guests and answer enquiries by telephone or from callers to the desk.
Taking in deliveries and logging parcels at the main reception desk, then issuing to residents.
Signing in contractors, ensuring that they have permission to be present in the building. Report any suspicious/unusual behaviour and calling the police if necessary
Issuing keys correct personnel/residents
Ensure all areas of the reception and common areas are kept tidy and well maintained at all times
Light maintenance works to communal area when necessary
To provide the highest level of customer service at all times as a representative of the building and company
To attend staff meetings and any other relevant meetings as directed
To attend training as required and agreed by the General Manager & Estates Manager
Health & Safety knowledge of the building would be beneficial
