Position Overview:


As a Junior Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of various events hosted at Aerospace Bristol.

Working closely with our experienced team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of events ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to private gatherings and exhibitions.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from concept to completion.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure their expectations are met.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, catering, audio visual equipment, and other event essentials.
  • Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Provide onsite support during events to address any issues and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Assist in postevent evaluations and analysis to continuously improve our event offerings.
