About The Role:

Training within our business is the key to our continued growth and success here at TAC Healthcare.

As our Head of Training, you'll be accountable for the planning, delivery and implementation of our training business line that is pivotal to our wider business strategy for 2023 and beyond.

With a strong background in training and development you will not only provide the best training to our clinicians, but also lead on developing a cross-disciplinary service, targeting new markets, disciplines and industries across the UK.

Are you proactive, meticulous and collaborative? Are you an experience people manager with a real passion for training and development? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

Be responsible for delivering a professional, profitable and sustainable training business
Work with clinical and commercial stakeholders to ensure the best services are on offer to colleagues and clients
Scope new business opportunities assisting with tenders and proposals
Provide forecasts for training services
Promote training services alongside account managers to continually grow offerings

About you:

An experienced training professional
Engaging, inspiring and approachable
Excellent relationship building and management skills
Proactive and collaborative
Great knowledge and experience of managing business service lines
P&L Management experience
Relevant experience in business / operations management.
