You will

  • Work closely with the DC Manager and PD Mancom team in Trafford supporting the team's administration and methods of communication as well as supporting organisation of colleague events._

Communication

  • Responsible for putting together key communications across the site as directed by the PD management teams.
  • Link in with the Internal Comms and Divisional PA's on key events/initiatives happening across UKI and also the divisions and supporting bringing these to life on site.
  • Management and organisation of the site events calendar to ensure coordination with central UKI moments.
  • Owning the administration of the sites display screen content to ensure they are up to date and relevant.

Administrative

  • Help animate site achievements through photos, quotes, feedback with the aim of presentation and video creation of annual achievements in line with the PD vision.
  • Supporting the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) team in administration and communication duties whilst preparing for our Culture audit due in October
  • The organisation of visits to the DC including organising rooms, PPE, catering and overall agenda.
  • Working with site HR & Training Team's to help organise training on site and the facilitation of it.
  • Responsible for ordering office stationery/equipment and uniform and the tracking of it

  • Impeccable attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.

  • Excellent Powerpoint and Excel Skills and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the experience of building relationships across the company.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to foresee changes and reprioritise where necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and everchanging and diverse environment
