IT Systems & Support Manager - Circa £38,000 plus Bonus - remote/ Dorset - ASAP
My client, a global leading organisation who support a number of financial services is currently on the hunt for a IT Systems & Support Manager on a permanent basis

As the IT Systems & Support Manager you will:

Ensure our Network is always optimised
Have management of external suppliers for Azure Cloud services, Antivirus provision and Firewalls
Manage and optimise our Wi-Fi services
Ensure our security protocol is unimpeachable and review of penetration testing of our network at least annually
Provide help desk support services to internal IT users and customers accessing our systems via a web portal
Improving and maintaining our hardware, onsite services, and Azure Network
Supporting our network of CCTV cameras and ensuring 24/7 operation
Provide an oncall service and ensuring wherever possible upgrade and patches are applied out of hours
Business Continuity maintaining an IT recovery plan
Supporting existing, VOIP, PBX Phone Systems

Experience required:

Relevant technical experience (45 years).
Experience of working in large diverse network environments, knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and TCP/IP
Knowledge of Microsoft Server technologies, Active Directory
Windows 7/10
