IT Systems & Support Manager - Circa £38,000 plus Bonus - remote/ Dorset - ASAP
My client, a global leading organisation who support a number of financial services is currently on the hunt for a IT Systems & Support Manager on a permanent basis


As the IT Systems & Support Manager you will:

  • Ensure our Network is always optimised
  • Have management of external suppliers for Azure Cloud services, Antivirus provision and Firewalls
  • Manage and optimise our Wi-Fi services
  • Ensure our security protocol is unimpeachable and review of penetration testing of our network at least annually
  • Provide help desk support services to internal IT users and customers accessing our systems via a web portal
  • Improving and maintaining our hardware, onsite services, and Azure Network
  • Supporting our network of CCTV cameras and ensuring 24/7 operation
  • Provide an oncall service and ensuring wherever possible upgrade and patches are applied out of hours
  • Business Continuity maintaining an IT recovery plan
  • Supporting existing, VOIP, PBX Phone Systems

Experience required:


  • Relevant technical experience (45 years).
  • Experience of working in large diverse network environments, knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and TCP/IP
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Server technologies, Active Directory
  • Windows 7/10


  • Microsoft Cloud services

  • Azure and associated apps
  • Prior experience of technical support in a customerfacing environment
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve technical problems
