Siddall Jones are a well-established, award-winning, independent commercial property company based in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham. We are currently seeking a sales and lettings negotiator.

You should be happy with the following tasks:

Answering incoming calls in a polite manner
Attending viewing appointments
Negotiating sales and lettings transactions
Diary Management
Arranging meetings
Maintaining a database system

An understanding of the Property industry is essential.

If you feel that you have great customer service, sales and organisational skills, then this could be a perfect job for you

/ Part Time

Salary:
£20,000 per annum, plus a generous commission structure.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
