What you'll do:


You'll provide specialist technical advice in your area of expertise to support Reward in the achievement of its strategic objectives.

You'll support in safely and securely managing change and communicating to our colleagues their full reward, pensions, and benefits package and how it delivers a compelling proposition that employees understand and appreciate.


You'll also:

  • Provide expertise and consulting support across Reward & Employment within People & Transformation
  • Build and provide technical expertise around reward processes like incentive schemes, pension design and taxation, to execute projects across various locations
  • Cultivate a thorough understanding of the various reward related business requirements through an understanding of the business and the operating model
  • Ensure accurate data to drive decision making and effective progress

The skills you'll need:

You'll need an in-depth knowledge and understanding of reward principles and high numeracy and analytical skills. You'll also need the ability to manage large volumes of data, good diagnostic skills, and regulatory and financial acumen. Knowledge of tax rules pertinent to reward structuring would be beneficial.


You'll also need:

  • Change delivery skills including an understanding of Idea2Value and Agile best practice
  • A strong eye for detail, continuous improvement, and OneBank thinking
  • A strategic business understanding
  • Competent knowledge of technology tools such as Microsoft Office, Planview, AgilePlace, and Teams
  • The ability to quickly assimilate information and rapidly become self sufficient
