Working collaboratively with the Inclusion Hampshire hubs and specialist teams. Undertaking HR processes such as managing attendance, performance improvement planning and appraisals with apprentices and trainee recovery workers. Taking action to support your staff team in working towards and achieving targets as set by commissioners Promotion of Service User Involvement Developing and maintaining working relationships with stakeholders, partnership agencies and other organisations
