We are looking for a talented Marketing and PR assistant to join our Marketing team.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting Marketing team with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Helping marketing team to creating marketing collateral and materials with a focus on conveying the ARC brand story
• Contributing new ideas to campaigns
• Supporting with promotional activities for events and partnerships
• Maintaining databases and tracking systems to monitor marketing and PR activities and results.
• Maintaining websites and landing pages
• Analysing marketing campaigns.
• Ensuring campaigns are visually engaging and optimised to achieve ROI.
• Working closely with Marketing Executive to deliver on key projects.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing and PR strategies
• Conducting market research to identify target audiences and market trends.
• Providing administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing budgets, and maintaining records.

The Person:

• An individual with interest in Aviation industry.
• This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience as a Marketing Assistant / Marketing Coordinator / Digital Marketing Assistant / Content Creator who is looking to further their experience and career in an exciting industry with one of the most pioneer businesses in their field
• Confident to create visual and written content for multichannel campaigns.
• Highly organised individual who can coordinate projects and get involved in handson delivery.
• A highly confident individual who can effectively communicate at all levels.

Required:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High understanding of social media marketing platforms.
• Basic competency level in visual editing (e.g. Adobe, etc.)

Preferred:

Experience in Aviation is a significant plus.

Experience in editing photos and videos is also a plus.

Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing-related topics.

Salary from £21,000 to £24,000
