12 Month FTC- Hybrid Working
About Our Client:
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, you will be part of a larger team who work with production, engineering and sales departments ensuring customers orders are met in full.
The Successful Applicant:
- Good attention to detail and has the ability to work under pressure
- Has good communication skills and is customer focused
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and other internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met to the full
- Have experience of working in a customer service focussed environment
- Be able to Commercial awareness or have a background in Customer Service
- Have experience of inputting data accurately
What's on Offer:
- Salary up to £34,000 (Dependent on Experiance)
- 10% Bonus on completion of Contract
