This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires individuals to maintain safety and security in a correctional setting.

• Maintain order and discipline among inmates, ensuring the smooth operation of the facility.
• Act as a peacekeeper, counsellor or teacher as required, using empathy and strong communication skills to build positive relationships with offenders who may be at their lowest point in life.

In this role you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills , self confidence strong leadership qualities . You should also be physically fit able-bodied work various shifts including weekends overtime if necessary
