Financial Controller (Norway)

We are very excited to be partnering with an exciting business based in Norway, who are looking for a qualified accountant to join them as Financial Controller on a permanent basis.

The role will be remote working from anywhere in the UK, with travel tothe Hemel Hempstead offices and Norway required for 1 week every month.

This job would suit an experienced qualified accountant to play a central and important role within payroll, accounting and VAT.

We are looking for someone who is striving towards continuous improvement, and can work in a structured and efficient manner.

This company is a software business providing for global project professionals, specialising in building a project management solution designed to help organisations tackle complex capital projects with confidence.

With 550 employees in 40 countries, thisis a group that is constantly evolving and growing through acquisitions with typically two each year.

Job responsibilities:

Salary input and followup against an external salary provider
VAT control and reporting
Periodic reporting to the group and the public sector
Preparation of budgets and forecasts
Support for management
Followup of KPIs and deviation analysis
Process improvements
