The Musculoskeletal Service Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin brings together partner organisations across the county, including Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust, Shrewsbury & Telford Hospitals and the Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital, to provide quality assistance to patients with musculoskeletal concerns within the population of Shropshire.

You will be required to undertake a variety of administrative duties including receiving and processing referrals, appointment bookings, and managing enquires from service users and healthcare professionals.

The post holder will need to be highly organised and able to efficiently manage workloads. You will be friendly and approachable and have a positive attitude to work.

As a supportive management team, we are keen to foster career progression and encourage staff to consider training opportunities to further enhance their skillset.

Working closely with teams across the provider organisations, as well as other teams located on site, you will have full insight into varied job roles and work collaboratively to achieve shared objectives.

Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust provides community-based health services for adults and children in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin, and some services in surrounding areas too.

These range from district nursing, health visiting and running four community hospitals through to providing very specialist community care through talented and dedicated staff.
