We are looking for an individual who shares the same level of dedication and who will thrive working in a friendly team setting dealing face-to-face with patients.


Job Summary:


  • This position is a multi skilled patient facing role and having the ability to multitask and prioritise work load is essential.
  • The role requires dealing with confidential information and the ability to maintain confidentiality is an absolute must.

Responsibilities:


  • Answering telephone calls promptly in courteous and professional manner from patients and other healthcare services.
  • Managing and monitoring the clinic diary for all therapists.
  • Processing payments and invoices for patients and insurance companies along with light daily accounting tasks.
  • Sending confidential reports and correspondence letters to other professionals.
  • Opening/ closing of the clinic premises following company policy.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area.
  • You must have excellent interpersonal skills, IT skills and communication skills.
  • You must be able to prioritise your workload and use your own initiative.
  • Working as a team player and be willing to assist all members of the team.
  • Must hold a valid driving license as position will cover both Middleton and Bury clinics.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 24-28 per week


Salary:
£10.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Reception: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

In person
