We are looking for an individual who shares the same level of dedication and who will thrive working in a friendly team setting dealing face-to-face with patients.
Job Summary:
- This position is a multi skilled patient facing role and having the ability to multitask and prioritise work load is essential.
- The role requires dealing with confidential information and the ability to maintain confidentiality is an absolute must.
Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls promptly in courteous and professional manner from patients and other healthcare services.
- Managing and monitoring the clinic diary for all therapists.
- Processing payments and invoices for patients and insurance companies along with light daily accounting tasks.
- Sending confidential reports and correspondence letters to other professionals.
- Opening/ closing of the clinic premises following company policy.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area.
- You must have excellent interpersonal skills, IT skills and communication skills.
- You must be able to prioritise your workload and use your own initiative.
- Working as a team player and be willing to assist all members of the team.
- Must hold a valid driving license as position will cover both Middleton and Bury clinics.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-28 per week
Salary:
£10.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
