IN2 Consult, Service Charge Accountant, Putney/Hybrid, £40-45k - Part Qualified (AAT, ACCA, CIMA)


IN2 Consult are currently working with a well-established property management business who are looking for a part qualified or studying Service Charge Accountant join their team on a permanent basis.


They are looking for an experienced and ambitious individual with a good understanding of rent & service charges and desire to progress within a highly successful business.


The client offers the opportunity for 2 days per week remote working and provides full study support for AAT, ACCA & CIMA.

An overview is below;

Day to Day;

  • Preparing Year End Service Charge accounts
  • Accruals & Prepayments
  • Producing extended Trial Balances
  • Service Charge, Cash & Bank Reconciliations
  • VAT Reports
  • Raising Rent Charges
  • Business Partnering with Property Managers to review financial statements and produce budgets
  • Liaising with Landlords & Tenants

Background

  • Part Qualified/Studying AAT ACCA/CIMA qualification
  • Experience with Qube software is desirable
  • Confident & Good Communication Skills
