    DESCRIPTION OF THE HR INFORMATION SYSTEMS (SUCCESSFACTORS) MANAGER ROLE

    This role plays a key part in supporting the delivery of our people systems by ensuring accurate data, reliable system performance, and a consistent user experience across the employee lifecycle. The role supports the Chief People Officer in delivering the people systems roadmap, implementing system changes and updates to meet operational needs, and applying system knowledge to support initiatives with practical solutions.

    Responsibilities include SAP SuccessFactors configuration and maintenance, such as configuring and maintaining core data structures, supporting regular data updates, audits, and corrections to ensure ongoing accuracy and compliance. The role also involves supporting integration of acquired entities, configuring new teams and employees into the SuccessFactors system following acquisitions.

    In addition to these responsibilities, the role provides technical support for the Unily platform, operates the HRIS helpdesk, manages incoming queries, and ensures timely and helpful responses. This includes producing regular and ad hoc reports from SuccessFactors to support People Operations and HR reporting requirements, and working closely with key senior stakeholders and analysts to support key business-led data projects.

    The successful candidate will have 4+ years of HRIS experience, with at least 1-2 years in a SuccessFactors environment. They will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to work across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels. They will also be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
