Description
The post holder will be responsible for the delivery, teaching and assessment of Apprenticeships in Administration & Customer Service. They will support the organisational aim to meet the developing a workforce that is fit for purpose.


The postholder will participate in audit and evaluation of Apprenticeship programmes to ensure a high quality and efficient service whilst meeting the needs of regulatory requirements.

Be able to maintain competency within the sector.


To be responsible for the development of non-clinical apprenticeship provision, teaching and assessment by creating differentiated schemes of work and detailed lesson plans for Customer Service Practitioner and Business Administrator standards.

These will be contextualised in an NHS setting to underpin timely achievement of the Apprenticeship Standards.
