Description
The key responsibilities of the Assistant Financial Accountant will include, but are not limited to the following duties and tasks;

Daily reconciliation of bank account(s), including posting to Sage for any payments/receipts
Responsibility for the operation of the Purchase Ledger
Responsibility for the operation of the Sales Ledger
Daily submission of Direct Debits
Reconciles accounts, posts journal entries and maintains accurate general ledger
Collects and compiles simple financial information and assists senior accountants with accounting statements and financial reports
Reports may include profit and loss statements, balance sheets, depreciation statements, cash flow and regulatory reports and filings
