Responsibilities:
- Greets all visitors, visitors and persons in a courteous, professional manner.
- Directs visitors to appropriate persons or departments.
- Answers incoming phone calls in a professional manner and transfers them to appropriate persons or departments as needed.
- Maintains security by controlling access to the building and controlling visitor traffic through the building.
- Assists with maintaining office equipment including photocopier, fax machine, scanner, etc.
- Assists with preparation of mail and package for mail delivery.
- Assists with preparation of packages for outbound truck deliveries.
- Assists with preparation of inbound truck deliveries.
- Ensures that all correspondence is properly addressed and sent to the proper person or department.
- Keeps office area neat and orderly at all times.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management or supervisor.
Requirements:
- Certificate in office administration preferred but not required (or equivalent).
- Previous experience as Receptionist preferred but not required.
Experience:
Previous experience as Receptionist or Front Desk Representative in an office setting preferred but not required
Salary:
£23,326.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
