Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide additional assistance as needed

Skills:


  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to effectively communicate and analyse customer needs
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

Salary:
From £24,938.98 per year
