Description

Hi we run a maintenance company and we are looking for a builder who has got hands on experience with all the maintenance works on a daily basis.

We need to someone with a van who can handle all our property maintenance issues. We have got properties all over London, Cardiff, Portsmouth and Oxford.

We are looking for an experienced builder to come on board and ease our workflow for London properties only.

We are a flexible team, We offer fuel allowance, bonuses on performance and annual increase;

Below are list of general works:

Paint work
General maintenance includes, lock change, door handle replacement, door adjustment etc
Taps change, leak investigation, silicon, bath panels replacement
Lights replacement

We are not limited to the above list.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Freelance, Zero hours contract

Salary:
From £3,200.00 per month
