Description

Due to an increase in business this innovative company has a great opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager in the Automotive industry to join their team within a very busy automotive department.

As a Business Development Manager, youwill be involved in the key accounts for the business and also the development of new clients and customers.

Responsibilities

Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
Researching prospective accounts in target markets
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
Training business development staff
Attending conferences and industry events
Creating new business relationships and also building off the existing relationships.

Salary:
£50,000 - £100,000 based on experience.

You also receive a Car bonus, laptop, and Work phone.

There are bonuses based on performance and you will have targets to meet to receive any bonuses.

Must have some Automotive business development experience
