Description

We are looking for a highly motivated & organised customer focussed team member with Front of House experience within a Hotel, Restaurant and / or Golf & Leisure environment ideally with direct experience from a Golf Resort / 4 or 5 Star Hotel.

As our Front of House Host you will be ambassador for the JCB Golf & Country Club brand and will support for all aspects of the day to day operation in the reception area.

You will be supporting guest arrivals and departures from the Golf & Country Club including the check in & out process, hosting and coordination of accommodation, golf, dining and leisure bookings.

Flexibility is key to ensure support can be offered to other outlets in the business, including retail, Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities as a Front of House Host:

Enquiries
Handling all inbound telephone enquiries from both members and JCB business units along with Lodge guests, with a key focus on accommodation, golf, dining and leisure activities.
Reservations Management Responsible for checking in / out, taking payments and coordination of all bedroom reservations.
Administration The role will include office admin duties required to fulfil and successfully manage all bookings at the club.
Hosting Be a face for our business, acting as the host for our members and JCB guests. A key part of the guest journey.

About you:

Must be 18+:

You will should find it easy to quickly establish a rapport with guests and colleagues, and engage with a variety guests and VIP group types.
You'll be a key part of the team, delivering our events in a customer facingrole.
You will need to have previous experience of Front of House roles within a hotel and / or ideally a golf & leisure specific background.
You will be a highly motivated individual capable of working under your own direction and as part of a wider team.

Pay:

All shifts are weekly rota's_

Monday

Friday £9.50

Saturdays £14.2

Sundays £19
