An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team here at Mears as a Transport Coordinator. Based in Enfield. We are offering a salary of up to £23,125 plus great company benefits which include fun days paid for by the company, discounts on high street shopping and online retailers, health insurance and much more
You will primarily be a Transport Coordinator ensuring that all transport requests are recorded and completed in accordance to contractual obligations.
What the role Involves
- Arranging transport and drivers for service users
- Liaising with drivers
- Working as part of a team
- Adding, creating and completing journeys on our own inhouse system, Veco
- Submit, extract and process journeys on the home office system CBP
- Planning experience
- Customer care focused
- Work well under pressure
- Work well in a team and on own initiative
- Good time management
- Organisational skills
- Good communication and listening skills
- Computer literate
Working with hundreds of partners across the UK to build, manage and maintain homes, and to provide care and support to individuals.
