Description

Each person who comes to Cale House has their own story and at CrossReach we are committed to support all those that come to us through their journey as they transition beyond our care and into tenancy of their own.

As Service Leader, you will work together with Managing Coordinator to ensure the overall effective management of the service and the development and co-ordination of resources in co-operation with partner organisations and the people who use it.

You will be responsible for leading and developing this supportive, skilled and knowledgeable team to ensure that we are able to provide truly exceptional support to those coming through Cale House.

But as well as leading the team, you will also have a key role to play in the planning and development of our service provision to ensure that we are always pushing to deliver more and make a difference to the community that we service.

We are looking for someone with a relevant social care or nursing qualification, preferably with and understanding of the nature of homelessness with additional needs which can be varied and complex.

As team leader, you will have previous management experience as well as excellent skills in managing stakeholder relationships.

If you would like to discuss the role more, please contact the recruitment team to arrange an informal conversation.

Here at CrossReach, we strive to ensure that we are accepting, respectful and compassionate to both those in our care and our employees.

So, join us and youll be part of a professional environment with a range of development opportunities and a generous benefits package, including occupational pension scheme, health cash plan, professional membership contribution and a range of retail discounts.

Its a career that will enhance your life and the lives of vulnerable people across Scotland.

As we do our work in Christs name you must be respectful of our Christian Ethos and be able to work within it.

This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks.

You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
