  • This is a Night Shift Position._
From Internet connectivity and smart building technology, to IT and data centre services, ASK4's solutions bring buildings to life.

Working with clients across student housing, build to rent, later living and other sectors, we ensure that people are able to live life and work productively.


As part of our technical support team, you will provide industry-leading support to both existing and new customers, including ASK4's student, residential and ASK4Business customer base.


What you'll be doing:

Working 37.5 hours a week.

Shifts 8pm-8:15am Monday to Sunday at our Data Centre (hours vary)

  • 1st Line diagnosis and resolution of technical faults.
  • Escalating queries to second line when appropriate.
  • You will manage the administration of customer accounts including sign up processes.
  • Be confident in managing your own workload.
  • Adhere to company guidance and policies.
  • You will put the customer first.
  • Training will be 9am5pm Monday to Friday before graduating to night shifts.
  • Good working knowledge of operating systems to include Linux, Mac and MS.
  • Have a basic understanding of networking.
  • Have experience within a customer service environment.
  • Have strong written and oral communication and professional phone manner.
  • Use a logical approach to problem solving and be a confident decision maker.
