We are looking for a passionate and experienced Health and Safety professional who is ready to make a significant impact to our business.
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Regional Health and Safety Advisor covering sites across our Northern UK Region (will initially be based on a project in Cleethorpes, but will cover other projects up to and including Scotland).

Key Responsibilities:
As a Regional Health and Safety Advisor, you will:
- Advise management on safety legislation and contribute to planning, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing protective measures.
- Work closely with the Health and Safety Manager, assisting in induction, training, and toolbox talks.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and reviews to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Analyse accidents and incidents, providing valuable statistics for managerial insights.
- Make recommendations for system improvements based on observations and experience.
- Liaise with Local Authorities and other statutory bodies as required.
- Prepare monthly Health and Safety Reports and manage information dissemination through various channels.
Essential Criteria:
- Relevant Civil Works experience with highlevel advisory and investigative skills.
- Indepth knowledge of UK regulations (LOLER, Work at Height, Asbestos, Manual Handling, COSHH, CDM, PUWER
- NEBOSH certification.
- Training delivery skills with good IT proficiency.
- Full current driving license.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Desirable Criteria:
- Post tensioning experience and/or experience working on Highways.
- SMSTS Certificate, Master's level in relevant health and safety discipline.
- First Aid trained and/or AP certified.
- Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
